STRATEGY & TRAINING
I can help you get to know your audience, be creative, have fun and get results
I have worked as a project leader, producer, executive producer and freelance consultant, developing concepts and strategies, including offsite event strategy for Historic Royal Palaces and partnership and mentoring strategies for HIIVE at Creative Skillset. Adopting a new strategy is rarely straightforward and requires a skilled facilitator, to encourage teams to think out of the box and focus on the bigger picture, particularly when income and reputation are at stake. I am a qualified Trainer with 10 years of Experience of training in the NHS and the Voluntary Sector.
I'm delighted to be asked to run a workshop for PDP Enterprise Centre, helping small businesses develop digital content to promote their businesses.

TRAINING
Facilitation and Ideas Development
My training and facilitation portfolio includes: organisational development, team building, ideas development, proposition creation, content strategy, partnership strategy, production skills and project management. I'm often asked by organisations to either help resolve an existing dilemma or to come up with fresh ways of implementing new projects. This often throws light on specific areas that require additional skills training.
There are too many creativity sessions on offer lacking clarity of purpose, but I believe in getting something worthwhile at the end of each session to move an organisation, closer to its vision. To this end, my sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each organisation and the individual participants. The objectives are developed in conjunction with key personnel to ensure their target outcomes drive the course content. I incorporate everything from audience insight to visual stimuli, role play, games, brainstorming, collages, mind mapping and SWOT analysis. It is important to encourage participants to step out of their comfort zone, look at issues from a different standpoint and challenge the status quo.
